<p>UC Berkeley normally send them second or third week of February.</p>

<p>FYI -The Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship includes a monetary award that is determined each year. Students without financial need receive a $10,000 honorary award over four years. </p>

<p>Not to my knowledge… I believe that ljmom is just noting that the Regents award is $2,500/year instead of the $1,000 per year like it used to be. Unless I misread that.</p>

<p>No Regents emails have been sent yet. The Alumni Scholarship Invitation email does NOT mean you got into UCB.
As the Alumni Scholarship email itself states:

<p>No. All incoming freshmen can apply for the scholarship. </p>

<p>@ojesash, yes anyone can apply. But it looks like not everyone is eligible. I don’t know how they determine the eligibility. It would be nice to know the stats from previous years… who got the invite and not get in. also the pool who applied for the scholarship without the invitation and received the scholarship and or the admission.</p>

I heard that my son’s friend got it by mail.
But I can’t find any information…
