Rejected from major?

<p>I got into the University because of auto admit, but I think I got rejected from my major. On the AIS thing, it says that I'm in an undeclared college and my major is Engineering Review. I applied for Petroleum engineering, but it was kind of late when I applied, like a week left.</p>

<p>My stats are decent: top 7%, 2190 SAT, decent extracurricular, etc.</p>

<p>So what do I do? Did I really get rejected and if I did, what happens if I accept the admissions offer?</p>

<p>anxiousforscore - When did you apply? If you applied late then that is probably why.</p>

<p>Sounds like the Engr college is reviewing your App. Just because you are an auto admit does not mean you automatically get into the Engr college.</p>
