Restaurants in C'Ville

Thank you again shillyshally!

I’m still not sure if I’ll be attending UVa (I have to visit and get the general vibe on grounds) but food is definitely a factor that I’m considering (although it’s not as important as others)! You’ve definitely helped! Thank you!

I actually expected UVa to have some non-vegan-friendly nights and I’m okay with that. If anything, I’ll just keep some back up food in my dorm room in the event that I’m starving at night :stuck_out_tongue: And I COMPLETELY understand your daughter! I’m a very picky eater, myself! Maybe it’s a vegan thing? :D

I really hope Runk’s salad bar is great! I guess I’ll check that our when I visit! A good salad bar is enough for me! Vegan pancakes and chilly sound delicious, too! I looked at the menu online and it said that you’d have to give them advanced notice so they can prepare the pancakes! I’m sure they’ll turn it into a regular when I start requesting them every singly day (:

Hahaha! Thanks again! I feel so much better about the food selection at UVa now!!!

Thought I’d bump this for any families coming down today for orientation. I sure know I’m looking forward to eating out :)

Just ate at the Downtown Grille… MMMMMM

Boy do I wish I had the money I’m making now a few months ago in C’ville. So many great places to eat! In college I could only afford to go out when my parents visited and took me.
