So I'm going to be a junior next year, and I'm trying to fit in as many higher level classes as I can while still maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately, I have ADHD and therefore can't focus unless I'm a quiet environment with no possible distractions such as TV or computer.
Therefore, I do all my homework in school or at a tutor's office.
Here is my schedule so far:
English: AP Philosophy + Literature
+ potentially an added Speech&Debate course for an extra .25 to my English grade
Fine Art: Drama 1 (I wasn't in a Fine Art this year because I had to take a study hall type of class due to my ADHD, but I'm going to audition for Actors Showcase by the end of the semester which is the highest level of Drama in my HS. Plus I'm going to audition for a play to add an extra .25 to my Drama grade)
Math: Algebra 2 (I'm extremely bummed about this one...I didn't take the HS placement test as a rising freshman so they stuck me in Alg1 as a frosh, which is the lowest level of math...but my Pre-Alg teacher in 8th grade told me I could qualify for Geometry Honors as a frosh if I had taken the darn test!)
Religion: Introduction to Philosophy/Social Ethics (I go to a Catholic school so unfortunately 3.5 yrs of religion is required, though do colleges really look at this?)
Science: Physics or potentially AP Environmental Science
History: AP World History
Foreign Language: Mandarin 2 Honors

Now this is my question....

My schedule is set for Physics next year, but should I switch it out for AP Environmental Science? That way, I could take Physics Honors as a senior because I would have the proper math co-requisite (I'm planning on taking Precalculus AB Honors as a senior).
My class coordinator says my current schedule is the best one for me (except with a standard World Civilizations History class instead of the AP class, though I'm prolly gonna shoot for the AP class anyway).
However, I feel a college would rather see as many AP classes as possible during junior year and a higher level of Physics during senior year.
Which one would a college rather see? I'm so conflicted over this. :/

(Also, do colleges care about religion classes?)
