Risk it or not?- TOEFL waiver

Hi,

University of South Florida said they would waive the TOEFL with a 460 on the CR and 440 on the Writing section. I think I can get this score, as I scored 490 on the CR and 530 on the Writing section in my first try with almost none studying (and much skipping) in the SAT Online Practice Test.

Honestly, would you risk it? I even don't think USF would want me, if I scored below their requirements for a TOEFL waiver. What do you think?

As for my other colleges I'm going to apply, UGA wouldn't need the TOEFL too and Whittier says "International freshman applicants who submit scores of 550 or higher on either the Critical Reasoning or Writing sections of the SAT or a sub score of 24 or higher on the Reading, English or Writing sections of the ACT will automatically have the TOEFL/IELTS/iTEP requirement waived.", which is more critical I think. However I'd choose another school in this case, since Whittier is not my favorite anyway.
Thanks! :)

If the website states they waive the TOEFL, they do.
In any case, if you don’t get those scores in the December test, you still have time to take the TOEFL in January…

USF wants all scores to be arrived at their office by Jan 2, so there wouldn’t be any time left.

Oh, I remember. Then, no, I wouldn’t risk it.
