@Ljforyou they sent me an email that my decision was ready to see in the application portal, then later on i received an acceptance letter and financial aid etc. in the mail
@randomandwitty prior service checking in. I’m currently mentoring/helping a few vets apply via S2S. For the interviews is it with an alum or with someone in admissions? The reason I ask is one of my people just had a local west coast alum reach out about setting up a Skype interview. Unclear if this is THE interview or just one of possibly several that may take place.
@thestandard From my reading I think they just do one alum interview for potential candidates… so this would be the one! 
(but i’m sure randomwitty knows better) Congratulations to them either way.
@sproutedchiapet my interest is how culture informs environmental policy. I am totally fascinated by botany and geology too, but my lens is usually policy based.
@thestandard for my interview, it was an alum on the phone. I did hear about some people doing skype interviews tho…so this is probably THE interview. I’ve also heard that when it’s really close between a couple of candidiates, they will do a second interview with someone from admissions.

@bluepeony My application is STILL pending and is waiting on transcripts. I am afraid it may not be complete before they finish with interviews!!
@JellyPeeps what transcripts did they ask you to submit? I received an email this morning asking about my high school transcript. Which when I called, before submitting my application, they told me it is not needed till after the student get accepted, but they would need official college transcript with the application. Anyway, I am in the middle of submitting my high school transcript. Good luck.
@Dreambbig they asked me for all high school and all college. I had 2 high school, 1 GED, and 5 college. I still have 3 outstanding, so IDK if they will even be received in time, tbh.
@JellyPeeps Hopefully they get them soon, but 5/8 received is good at least. Was your most recent one received? I’m sure they can get a decent understanding of your grades from having the majority of them. Good luck!
@bluepeony Fortunately, they have received my most recent. They are waiting on one from a business college that went out of business, a high school transcript, and my GED. I did upload unofficial copies right away, so hopefully they have reviewed my “complete” file prior to it being compete. 
Did anyone got an email from a person named Brandon Hoshiko, he claimed he is Brown University alumnus? He was asking for an interview( well more of conversation), but it is a completely voluntary. If any of you got connected by this person will you please let me know. Thank you all.

Hey everyone! Just had my interview today. It went very well. Lasted about 40 minutes. She was so informative and said I did great. Don’t know if it’ll mean anything. But hey, I’m really just happy altogether that I applied. If I don’t get in, well I’ll just try harder next go round!
