The fish. It is allopatric evolution. A single antelope can’t just “develop” a fast running gene.
What about the one on the E part(I think) where they gave a chart with red blood cell,platelet,white blood cell amounts in different people and then asked something about who would get a fever and another q about oxygen…?

I couldn’t figure out which one is the normal sample. but for oxygen u had to look at rbc, for fever you had to look at wbc

As for the answers to that part;
One that most likely had a fever : The one with the most WBC(SUBJECT 2)
One that is most vulnerable to an infection : The one with the least WBC
One that is ineffective in transporting oxygen : 1 and 5
Exercise vigorously was an answer, right?
Only 1 was ineffective for oxygen cause he had cikle cell
