SAT Breakfast and Snacks

What are you guys going to have for breakfast/snacks?

I kind of need suggestions, but as of now:
Sausages, bacon, fried eggs, chicken soup, and a platter of blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries.

Gum for breaks (it's sugared though, which may be a problem...)
Honey water (exactly what the name sounds like)
Normal water
Blueberries for breaks
Bread with sausages for breaks
Chocolate for the second/third break

Anyone know if any of those will actually be detrimental instead of helpful?
The last thing I want is indigestion/stomach problems. :)

I keep it simple, milk and cereal for breakfast and granola bar for snack.

Just don’t eat too much for breakfast…I’ve learned that the hard way during chess/Scrabble tournaments and other exams.
