SAT scores inconsistency..

On practice tests, I always received a 2010 before the June test, but I took the June exam and received a 1930. I can't fall asleep the night before the test. Also, I find myself shaking during the beginning of the test, and not being able to focus on reading passages. But as time went on, I was able to focus. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? This has always been the situation for me.

You really want to get a good night’s sleep before taking the SAT. You can try waking up really early every saturday morning and mow through a couple practice sections to help prepare your mind and body for the real test.
I usually exercise during the day so that when night hits, I can sleep fairly easily. Also don’t take any naps during the day, that’ll only make it more difficult to sleep when you actually have to.

Chew gum and suck on hard candy. That helped me relax during my test.
