Im taking SAT IIs in World History, US History and Chemistry.

I can get 750+ in World History/US History without much prepping, Chemistry to break 700 I need to prep for. If I just do those two histories is that showing a significant lack of depth to colleges?

If you intend to become a history major, then it definitely does not show a lack of depth. If you have a high score on any subject test, then it doesn't matter.

some schools want to see different subject areas, but that still means you need off the hizzle scores. Personally, my two highest scores were in US history and Chemistry, which is about as opposite the spectrum as you can get.

Right now I am applying to Georgetown, George Washington Univeristy, Univ of Rochester, JHU, and several other schools in that range (JHU and GT= reaches, GWU is target/safety)

Im probably going for a history major onroute to a career in law (might do political science instead not sure) I am above level in everything but Math which I am on level in, thus I am finishing up Alegbra 2 and will take Precalc and AP Stat. in next year.

I am intending to take SAT II's in physics, math2c and chemistry. Is it a good choice for Ivies?? I heard somewhere that I should take some social subject instead of chemistry. Is it true?

I would take one of the histories if i were you, I took IIC, Physics, Chem and US History, and World History (World is probably easier but I did worse on it)
Chem-760
Physics-760
US History-760
IIC- 740 :(
World History- 680 :(
