Schedule changes and other questions

<p>We have registered our daughter for her fall classes but want to make some changes to her schedule. When will we have the opportunity to do that online?</p>

<p>Since we have loans as financial aid, when will we be reimbursed for amounts that exceed her expenses? We have paid for her parking pass out of pocket and I'm assuming there will be other things that will come up before we receive anything back. What is the general timeline for this process?</p>
