Is this good I am so scared might be a buckeye.

No, this does not mean you will be a buckeye. it is telling you the following:

the cost of attendance is $42,924

Your EFC (what your family is suppose to pay) is $4249

You need $38,675 in financial aid in order to attend this school

It does not mean that you are going to get $38,675 in financial aid (especially from a public OOS university).

Oh ok thanks got too excited

My efc is now officially calculated at just $10

Glimmer of hope now

NO,

With a $10 EFC, the only thing that you are guaranteed is a Pell grant in the amount of $5645 and a loan in the amount of $5500. Ohio state is not a school that meets 100% demonstrated need, Unless you can throw long, you have a great rushing game or or you are a force to be reckoned with on the basket ball court (in other words a very highly recruited athlete with a full athletic scholarship), Ohio state is not going to provide you with enough aid, especially as an OOS student, to make it affordable for you to attend.

Thanks so much you have been so very helpful to me
