<p>I applied to a ton of scholarships two years ago... I believe it was 18 scholarships I applied to and I ended up getting $10,000 worth through 4 scholarships. Though only one was renewable for the next four years, the others were just for freshmen year. So definitely apply to a lot of scholarships as a senior because you have little to no opportunities for scholarships once you are in college. And they are way harder to get if you do apply in college.. they require letters of recommendation which may be difficult to get if you attend a public school.</p>
