Hey guys
I know this might not seem like a big deal to a lot of you, but I'm sort of concerned.

Ok first quarter I did amazingly I got a 3.96 UW gpa with my only A- in AP Calc.

Second quarter not so much. I don't know my GPA yet because report cards haven't come out but I know most of my grades.

English A --> A-
AP Calc A- --> B+
AP Spanish A --> B+ (Our midterm was 50% of our grade and I got a B)
Business Law A --> ? (Our final is worth like 50% and it was really hard so I'm thinking I went down...)

I maintained an A in AP Physics though which is good...

I know that colleges aren't going to like that decline and will think that I was slacking off, but I really wasn't. I think I tried even harder than first quarter, it just seems that I either got really unlucky with tests and quizzes and made really stupid errors that I should have picked up or something like that. The problem is that I think colleges will just think that slacked off second quarter.

I know my semester grades will average out to be probably all A's and A-'s, but for my school the colleges see 1st, 2nd, and semester grades.

Should I send a letter to the college explaining that I wasn't slacking off or am I worrying too much over it?
