"Secondary School Report" in UD Admission Application

I just checked Admission Application Forms on UD website. I realized one of the forms is called "Secondary School Report". It is to request High School couneslor to fill in some HS academic records and SAT/ACT/AP scores/test dates as well. But why ask students couneslor about their AT/ACT scores? Students are under score choice in college board. Neither college board, nor ACT send scores out without students permission. Can a HS couneslor enter these scores for students? Also, in taking ACT test, there is an option whether to send scores to HS or not. What if students already chose not to send scores to HS.

Our HS has a policy of not including scores on the transcript, but when I saw the UDel supplement I had S go to his GC and double-check that she wouldn’t fill out those sections. Your best bet is to check with your school to see what their policy is.

Our HS policy will not have SAT scores on the transcript as well, becasue SAT is not for HS graduation. So it is accpetable to not to fill these sections?

Yes it is acceptable. My D was accepted without the scores on her transcript. The scores she chose came directly from the testing agency.
