<p>just got to LA an hour ago! staying with a friend. I’ll probably get there around 8 cause i was too lazy to get my bruincard beforehand. i cant wait! finally starting to feel like a ucla student.</p>
<p>I’ll be there with my friend! We just got our BruinCard a couple of hours ago and now are going around campus. I’m showing her around since she hasn’t had a tour. We stopped by AU for lunch at sbarro, yum! </p>

<p>We’re probably going to get there early since my friend lives a couple of minutes away from the campus. So even if we wake up a bit late it won’t matter, plus I owe her breakfast so…</p>
<p>I’ll be taking flats for sure, lol. My friend is bringing her MacBook Air so whenever we get that bag or whatever she can fit it in there. I’ll be taking my iPhone to check on the classes but I’m not too worried about that.</p>

<p>I have class until 10am, so I’ll be there around noon. I called the orientation office and told them my situation and they said it was fine if I show up by 1pm. They cancel your reservation if you show up after 1pm. So, if you were wondering if you could skip all the introductory BS… there you go.</p>
<p>Guitarfrk, you should just go to the Bruincard office (located next door to Bruin Cafe, across from Covel) before hand so you don’t have to wait in line with the herd. I’m not sure when they open though.</p>
<p>I will be there. Not sure at what time though. I knowww we have to be there early so we won’t be lost but is it REALLY necessary? I have my bruincard already.</p>

<p>Like other threads have said: you don’t have to get there early. If you get there by 1pm then you’ll be good, but I’m just ditching the boring stuff and exploring with the friend. Haha. We might even go out to the gym!</p>

<p>Also, where on the website does it say we sign in at Royce Hall. I was trying to find it, but couldn’t.</p>

<p>yes it does. you have to download it though. it shows a school map and a big TRANSFER CHECK-IN. The arrow is pointing to Shapiro Fountain. So essentially, yes we are meeting in front of Royce.</p>
