Should I cancel SAT scores?

Before the essay, I had to take a **** really really really badly. It was probably the worst its ever been. For most of the essay I just sat in my chair trying not to **** myself. I ended up cutting my second paragraph (no time for third) very short and bs-ing a conclusion. There were a lot of repeated ideas, lack of good examples, and etc. in my essay. It was just overall very very bad.

Should I cancel my score seeing that i may get down in the 4-500s in writing?
I feel I did fine on everything else.
Also, I'm applying to Cornell CALS ED so will a huge dip in my writing score matter?
Do they super score? Do they even look at writing?
I took the sats before and got:

1/2010:
Math: 680
CR: 700
W: 610

3/2010
Math: 740
CR: 680
W: 650

Subjects:
Chem: 780
US:780
Bio M: 770

really didn’t think they would censor that word.

so…no one?

meh. i wouldn’t cancel. schools superscore anyway so you might as well see how you do. i thought i got like a 550 on writing last time and ended up with 69 multiple choice and 8 essay with a 670 overall. wasn’t too bad.
