should I retake 760 SAT Bio M and 780 Chem??

Hey guys, I’m a student in the UK hoping to apply to Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Princeton and Johns Hopkins

My SAT score is 1450 and my subject tests are 760 Bio M and 780 Chem

I plan on retaking the SAT but should I bother retaking the subject tests? I’ve read on CC that >750 is a good score but I want to make myself as competitive as possible because I am an international student.
In all honesty, I don’t want to spend time worrying about exams so I’d rather not retake the subject tests if it wouldn’t give me a significant advantage.

Rest of my app:
My GCSE grades are 8A*s and 4As (according to http://www.fulbright.org.uk/study-in-the-usa/undergraduate-study/applying/admissions-criteria#performance , it converts to a 4.0 GPA)
Predicted 4 As at AS
ECs: Have worked on several research projects over the last 3 years, hold a patent for one of them.
Won a major award at a major international science fair.
Have been a finalist at the UK’s national science fair for the last 3 years.
Have played tennis for over 4 years and I play competitively for my county team and we won the national championships once whilst I was in the team.

My dream school is Stanford and I realise that it is a long-shot for anybody, but will my subject test scores put me at a disadvantage?

cheers!

It might be worth mentioning that one of my research papers has been published in a peer-reviewed journal of which I am the author.

I also co-founded a club at school where a bunch of us work on developing a research project together so we can contact institutions to work on ideas as a collective and I’m on the Student Advisory Committee of a science-based charity that operates in the UK, US and Australia (so far!)

bump

Woo a UK student with very similar stats! I wouldn’t bother doing them - I highly doubt that a few extra points will make any difference to your admissions decision, they’re already good scores.

Not only will it not give you a significant advantage, it will give you no advantage. Your scores are fine. Time to move on to other parts of your application.

Schools like Stanford are not looking to fill their class with academic drones that have nothing better to do on a Saturday than take standardized tests.
