Should I send an AP Score Report?

My AP Grades are:

Euro Hist - 4
Physics B - 4
English Lang - 4
Comparative Gov - 5
Psychology - 5
Statistics - 5
World History - 5

Although it's not perfect 5's on 10 APs like a lot of CCers have, I still think it's pretty decent. As for my question, I self studied Psych and Comp Gov. I know I can write all of these down on the common app, but should I still send AP Score Reports so colleges know I'm not lying about self studying?

Also, next year I'm self studying Chem and both Econs. I was thinking about writing them on my common app as "AP Chemistry/AP Economics (Independent Study)" because I know that someone else on CC wrote that on their applications and got into Princeton and Chicago. Do you think it's ok, or do you think that person crossed the line? If necessary, I'll have one of my teachers mention in a recommendation that I'm self studying 3 more APs.

Thanks for any help =]

i don't understand, why would you be sending in AP score reports now? usually you send APs to colleges once you get in to the university. Don't waste $15!!

For admission, official AP scores are not needed. Instead, you just report them in the app or an essay or just send a photocopy of your reports if you want the college to know what they are.

how do you indicate that you self studied a course on your common application?

What if you've self-studied far more than there is room to indicate on the Common App., to the point where an official score report would clearly be more practical?

That's what the additional information section is for. Don't waste your money on a score report.

Put down the test(s) and score(s) in the appropriate section and you're good. It's pretty easy to infer that you self-studied a course if you have an AP score for it and the course isn't on your transcript.

But there are only 5 spaces on the Common App. and by the end of this next year I should have 25 AP exams i total.

I have 3 languages that I want to be noted, along with Micro/Macro, Psychology, Human Geography, Calc AB, Calc BC, my Biology one, which I received a 5 on, even though I got an 86 in the class, and a slew of other important ones that ALL tell the story of my hs career so far; I want them to all be looked at together in conjunction with my transcript to see what I've done clearly.

Do we have to note every score that we get, or is it enough to just putdown the 5's that we have? I seem to get 5's on all the hard AP's (Lang, USH, EURO, PHYS) and 4's on all the easy ones (PSYCH, ENVIRO? lol), so I didn't want to send them mine.

So now it's harmful to send 4's to colleges? My goodness, people...

Read the first part of my other post before you ask the same question as the OP.

No, you don't have to, but you should. A 4 is a good score.
