I'm trying to figure out if the affiliate housing allows children. The rent is all inclusive, which is a big help when you're on a fixed income. And it doesn't state anywhere on the website whether or not they allow children

Best thing to do is call housing and residential at usf

Just curious if you figured anything out for housing at (or around) USF? I am planning to transfer Spring 2015 and am trying to narrow down my options as a single parent/student.

USF Housing does have family housing on campus. Too, if you phone USF Housing (813-974-0001), they may be able to give you some suggestions for off campus housing. Good luck!

@Lizard, I was told that on campus housing (in Magnolia) for families is full with a waiting list. I’m looking at areas around campus now with decent elementary/middle schools, but that seems to be hit-or miss.

Checkout too if either of the two elementary grade schools (Pizzo and Patel) on USF’s campus would work for you. Also USF partners with MOSI School across street from campus. Maybe your kid could go to school on USF campus while you are attending classes on campus?

I appreciate the thought, but overall the schools local to USF seem to be under-performing. Maybe having to live off campus will work out best for my children. Looking at moving further away from campus to get in better school districts. Thank you though.

Im a grad student entering Spring 2015 and am looking for an apartment. Can anyone guide or direct me to a complex?

Thus far I am reading tons of horror stories that even Hollywood’s best horror-film scriptwriters could not create!
