<p>This may sound redundant - but priceline.com's "name your own price" is pretty amazing if anyone is in the same boat as me and needs a place to stay Tuesday night after a huge road trip or for whatever reason.</p>

<p>I was able to book the Hyatt Regency for $40 the first time I tried (which probably means I should have guessed a little lower). Not bad for booking a 4star one day in advance.</p>

<p>I don’t know about that but we have a hotel room in Rochester for the same price as one in Syracuse that is much nicer and upscale…downright luxurious.</p>
