sps first choice

Breadloaf School? lol

Groton is great in the classics, as well as in every other academic discipline. Hotchkiss students are among the best and hardest working; Milton is also unbelievable regarding quality of students and courses.

Breadloaf School of English is part of Middlebury College , but on a separate campus. It only awards graduate degrees to my knowledge, and is one of the best in the USA.

The real difference among St. Paul"s School, Exeter and Andover must be experienced by a campus visit. Very different cultures, as one would also note during a visit to Deerfield, Mercersburg, Choate or Culver Academies, among other great schools.

Those of you applying past 10th grade, you need to be aware that SPS doesn't add after 10th (4th form). They have replaced people who left (usually just a couple/yr) but I'm not even sure they'll do that this year as they are trying to slightly shrink the student body.
