Stanford roommate essay-help!!!

Hey guys, I've been working on my stanford essays on and off for the past couple of weeks and I can't seem to get the roommate essay down.
The prompt is: Virtually all of Stanford's undergraduates live on campus. What would you want your future roommate to know about you?
Any feedback is helpful!! (be brutal)

Wassup roomy?
The first thing most people notice about me is that I am insanely tall! At 5’10” I tower over most of my friends and consequently, have unique skills in reaching highly-placed objects and making shade on a hot day. As your future roommate, I am very willing to offer my services ☺ I have always enjoyed sports and at the moment I am participating in track and field. Do not worry if you wake up late during the school week, I will be sure to race to the showers and save us a spot. When I am not running I am riding; most of my time is spent at the horseback riding stable near my house. My friend Emily and I are currently working on training a horse named Titan that is new to our barn. He runs around like a maniac when we put him in the arena but when he is tied up he sleeps like a baby. We seriously have to sing songs and shake him repeatedly to get him to walk on his lead line. After we get settled in we should take a trip down to see him, you can take part in the waking up ceremonies ☺ As for the little knicks and knacks that make me, me: I love to talk, sometimes too much, and write poetry when I am happy, sad, or simply cannot find something else to do with myself. I am definitely spirited so RUN in the other direction if you do not want to get covered in red body paint before a football game. I love meeting new people and cannot wait to meet you!
See you at the dorms,

is this a joke?

At first the being tall thing made no sense, but from the rest of your essay I assume you are a girl, so I guess 5’ 10" would be considered tall.
