How many hours do you put in per day studying for something this summer (self study ap, sat, etc...)?

4ish, maybe more now, like 6

An hour or two, depending on the day.

Sent from my iPhone using CC

I wake up at 6 Am and go running till 6:45

I cool off with breakfast and Email and stuff till 7

Then I work on SAT studying from 7 A.M to 4 P.M
Then I read from 4 P.M to 8 P.M then I work on my art skills and writing till 10 p.m

Extreme? Yes, But a good SAT score is a good trade-off for a miserable couple months.

so I guess nobody here has to work…?

And every break I take every 45 minutes I work on [Cracked.com - America’s Only Humor & Video Site Since 1958 | Cracked.com](http://www.cracked.com) pitches so I can earn money.

I tried looking for a job, none available.

Similar schedule for me. I wouldn’t consider reading studying, per se, but I get up and run at 6, and do SAT studying from 8 'till whenever. Many days I just don’t do **** and hang with friends or something, but the above would be my “ideal” workday.

And, yeah, I’d have taken a job if I could find one. I’m trying to do an internship-ish thingy with a local paper, but nothing yet.

Madog: That’s just ridiculous. Let’s hope you get a 2400 then. How do you have that much material to study?

I study anywhere from 1-7 hours a day, but usually around 2-3. I’ve been studying number theory and reading through Campbell’s Biology. Also, I’ve gone through the first Direct Hits Vocabulary Book–I’ll probably start on the next one soon.

^ It gets tough, but just gotta hang in there.

I consider reading studying. Infact, I use the bible as SAT prep to help me analyze and remember extremely boring passages.

0 because I’m not a sophomore yet and I want to enjoy my life :D

^ You can enjoy life when you’re 62 years old, rich and have a 2400 SAT score :p

Zero hours per day

My D did about 4 hours a day , as well as summer reading .

I planned on studying a lot this summer but I’m preoccupied with other things. I am swimming a couple hours daily and trying to finish my summer homework right now. Starting my job tomorrow. This is the last week of swimming though.

If I can finish all of my work early, I will probably start pre-studying for AP Bio.

None because I’m not asian.

Depends on the day. Only studying SAT and subject tests. Doing some learning for my lab as well.

I’m a bum. It’s hard to get motivated. I probably study like an hour or so per day. I’m gonna start to pick it up, though.

^ Just keep this in your mind

Only big breasted women go to Harvard

^…what

Meh, maybe only 30min-1hr a day if I’m feeling particularly studious. But with summer requirements and SAT prep stuff starting to loom, I’m going to start to do more.
