Or by not responding to other universities to which i was accepted, is it inferred that I have rejected the offer. I rejected the offer at a few, but there are several more (but i cant find login information to all and would like to not waste time)

im sure if you ask this in the parents forum or the college admissions forum, they would say “omg do it its common courtesy,” but it doesnt matter. just dont reply.

I’m a Mom and read on the parent’s site that the kids should definitely let the colleges know if they weren’t coming. Soooo…I called UCI and asked if it was necessary and the admissions office told me short and sweet… it was not necessary. Perhaps if there have been interviews and personal contacts, it may be different.

pfftt i wished my parents had time to post on a forum regarding my life…

why couldnt i be white? :(

I don’t think it’s mandatory. What are they gonna do, call UCLA and complain about you? Probably not. I did actually decline my admission to Berkeley, just for the satisfaction.

you’re an idiot. Go swim in bleach or something, then you’ll be white.

negative for UC’s — once the computer clock strikes midnight, they know you are not coming. But, for the privates, sending back the postcard is the classy thing to do. But, more importantly, it helps out your fellow seniors – some of which could be your class mates – who might get off a WL earlier.

i just offended a soccer mom :O
