Successful SAT Rescore

Has anyone had a successful hand-rescore?
I got a 700 on math II, but believe only missed about 5-7

for the carpenter painting the room question, did you subtract the area of the floor from the total surface area? for the bacteria rate question, did you use 0.92%, or 0.0092, as the decimal? for the trigonometric questions, did you make sure the results were in the right quadrant? did you plug numbers into equations to check if you were right? if you are sure that there was a mistake in grading, then just do it, otherwise youd be wasting money

yes i dont believe that i got a 35 raw score…that is incredibly unlikely.
the only thing i can think would be messing up on the scantron.

but my question is…do you really think that they could have scored it incorrectly?

Maybe you should just retake? Initially I was expecting a 800, however I made several silly mistakes ^ so after discussing it on the thread I was expecting around a 750, but got a 700! But since I’m only a sophomore I’m retaking it.

There’s always a possibility. If you can’t live with a 700, then you obviously have two choices: pay some money and hope you don’t have to retake it or pay some more money and retake it. Of course you’ll probably end up doing both if the test was scored correctly. If you don’t care about spending the money to rescore, then go for it.
