Suggestions for Buying Mattress Online for Delivery to Yale Apt.

Does anyone have any suggestions for buying a mattress online for delivery to a grad student's apt. in New Haven? Would it be best to go to a national website and just order, or does anyone have a suggestion for a good mattress store in New Haven that will deliver a mattress? Don't want to spend a lot. Has anyone ever bought a mattress from Ikea?
Thanks!

[Sleepys - The Mattress Professionals](http://www.sleepys.com/) There are several locations around New Haven: 130 Universal Drive, North Haven, CT and 40 Frontage Road, East Haven, CT

Thanks for the suggestion, gibby!

D1 just bought a foam mattress from Ikea. It’s a little early to say, she says it’s not the most comfortable ever, but not bad either, she may get a memory foam pad to go with it. She sleeps like a rock and so decided to buy the cheapest one since it’s likely just for a year. She is in NYC, she went to Ikea in her area, bought a bunch of stuff (also got a cheap frame and slats, cloth ‘bureau’, etc.) and had it all shipped to her home for a $70 flat rate, they delivered that day. You should be able to do the same thing in NH.

We purchased two mattresses online from us-mattress.com and were very pleased both with the price and the service. If you find a mattress that you like and note the particulars, you can call them up and they will find one that matches.

Thanks, everyone!
