My daughter was accepted on 1/5 (I believe) as well and we paid the $350 deposit that night. We have not received financials yet either. I was told they would be coming next week.

Same. I got an email that it was sent to her. As suspected she only got the $5500 unsubsidized.

I still havenāt gotten an email with financial aid. I already know Iām not going to receive any (I still filled out the FAFSA though). If Iām not awarded any aid, does that mean that I wonāt receive an email at all?
No you will probably still get an email.
Have you heard anything about how many are offered merit scholarships? Are the amounts the same between both in-state and out-of-state?
Does Binghamton offer any of its own need-based aid or only grants through the federal or state government?
I have heard, but have no confirmation, that the merit they give is need based bs academic based. I have a friend whoās son applied, he got merit and they qualify for excelsior, similar grades to my daughter, she got no merit and we donāt qualify for excelsior. So I donāt know if what I heard is true or not.

My daughter received the presidential scholarship, $13,500 a year, we are not eligible for FA.
