Honestly, I donât really understand what Bing does with admissions tbh. They release late and that could possibly hurt them. I think they should either say they have rolling and roll out decisions quicker or have a set date. Now people are getting accepted elsewhere and Bing is now an afterthought because they donât know when theyâll get their decision. I feel the lack of transparency is a bit frustrating right now especially since I was deferred and have been waiting for 5 months.

I agree! I was also deferred and if I have to wait this long only to be rejected Iâll be really annoyed

Has any gotten into the BAP program? Is it possible they wonât be offering it this year, due to lack of dorm space?
I hear you, if they accept people late who already accepted elsewhere, itâs just gonna hurt their yield. I know of people who went elsewhere but I donât know if they would have if they got into Bing. My concern is that they may, because they donât know whoâs going to accept, waitlist a lot of us. All I can think of is that this is a year where they were just bombarded with applications, more than usual, and I guess that is understandable, my guess is thatâs whatâs going on rather than a grand scheme to make us alll super anxious. Have they done anything like this in past years?
My daughter got into BAP a few years ago - She applied early action, was deferred, and then found out about that in late March I think. I donât know if BAP decisions were released earlier than that for othersâŠI seem to recall other people hearing about that around that same time. I donât know that thereâs a housing shortage for next year. How do you know that?
I am deposited at RIT but Bing was my first choice due to cost. I had applied EA and I agree if we got deferred just to get rejected on 3/31 that would be cruel.

How does it look like, my portal changed last night removing my high school transcript, but it still says checklist?
I never had my transcripts there to begin with but the âFormsâ section moved from the very bottom to above âApplication Checklistâ
