SUNY Schools - Is the NPC accurate for incomes >$150k?, Out of State

Trying to get a sense of the likely cost for SUNY schools. The NPCs of different schools are surprisingly different. For example, Buffalo is $43k while New Paltz is only $33k.

Also, which school would be the most affordable and still offer 4yr engineering as well as finance?

Kid has a great trajectory (gpa 1.7, 2.5, 3.6) but overall gpa is 2.8. No test scores.

Both schools are going to be a huge reach for your kid with a 2.8 gpa when their avg gpa is in to 90 range (3.7).
