<p>Even though I'm going to be going into business, is it okay to write about a work of music? I've played the piano for years and same with the cello.</p>
<p>You can write about anything. I know a girl who wants to be a chem major who wrote about her favourite book.</p>
<p>Write about what you’re passionate about – you show the admissions staff who you are, not what you’re thinking of majoring in.</p>
<p>Don’t try to be someone else. Write about YOU and show the adcoms who YOU are.</p>

<p>I was recently wondering this myself, but I think it’s a good thing if you write about something they wouldn’t expect you to based on the rest of your application! It shows you are interested in more than just business.</p>
