Taking an AP Science without the first level course

Hello, my school is IB structured and the science curriculum is a trimester of Bio Chem Physics every year. However, i am switching to an Ap school so does anyone know how hard it would be to take AP Chem or Bio without the full year of the intro course?
I am a strong math student (i love numbers!! lol)
My Psat Math Score (as a sophmore) was 69.
So what would you reccomend

I took AP Bio this year without having taken Biology in 9th grade like most everyone else and it was decent. I don't think my friends really learned anything in their biology classes because they barely skimmed the surface--maybe it was just their teachers.

If you plan on taking Bio next year though, make sure to have some Chem (nothing too fancy) under your belt, or you can prep for Bio and Chem together.
