Does anyone know if waitlisting is a thing for early decision?
@RubyRubix No, but you are able to reapply for 2019 in August with the general applications, so even if you aren’t accepted early, it does not mean you won’t get in (:
@HopingForTFA2019 do you mean they open the application in August for 2019 corps? I thought for sure I’d have to wait until next spring to apply again for the 2019 corps.
@RubyRubix Correct. Applications for the 2019 Corps will open for general applications in the Fall of 2018. If you’re not admitted in the Early Acceptance, you can still apply in the general pool for the 2019-20 school year.

@RubyRubix I’m glad! The acceptance rate is such a small percentage that not getting accepted should not discourage those who are turned away the first time! Plus, reapplying shows determination! (:

@sswhite96 Neither have I, check your applicant center! They usually update that first before they send an email.
@TFA2019 thank you and congrats to you too! I’m honestly not sure yet, I know I want to put Atlanta as a top choice but other than that I really don’t know, I absolutely refused to do any searching on regions until I found out today, that whole counting my eggs before they hatch thing ya know? What about you?
I’m so nervous! I think I’m going to wait until the email is sent instead of checking the applicant center right now.
@cctfa321 You should definitely reapply in August if this is something you’re truly passionate about! TFA needs dedicated leaders like yourself to fight for these students, and refusing to give up in this application process is the first step.
