<p>I am planning to ask two of my junior year teachers for recommendations soon, but I don't know what to ask them.</p>

<li><p>Do I give them a list of schools I plan on applying to?</p></li>
<li><p>Do I need to give them a resume or will they solely write me a recommendation from my experiences in their class?</p></li>
<li><p>Do I ask them to make several copies for all the schools I apply to?</p></li>
<li><p>Do I receive the recommendations myself and send them, or do I wait till school resumes and give them an envelope for each school I plan on sending it to?</p></li>

This depends on the teacher’s preferences. Some can do without a resume, while others copy your awards list verbatim, haha.</p></li>

Exactly. One copy for school X, another to send to school Y…</p></li>
