Anyone else have this problem? I've been checking since I registered for my classes in July (I'm going to be a first-year this fall), and my list hasn't been posted yet.

If possible, could anyone tell me which books are used in these classes: Asian American Studies 30 (w/ Bascara), Earth and Space Sciences 9 (McKeegan), Arts and Architecture 10 (Winters).

The ones I took didn’t. I’d be pretty annoyed if I had to buy a $100 textbook for a 1 unit class that doesn’t satisfy any requirements or anything…

The book for my fiat lux is over $100 (used or new). I’m not getting it, haha. I’ve heard they doesn’t use the book much anyway so if I need it I’ll just find someone who has it in the class… hopefully. $100 for a unit is a huge ripoff.

I’m in the craigslist one too. I think I’m going to wait it out and see how it goes because I’m pre biz-econ but my oc wouldn’t let anyone sign up for any econ classes. I really wanted to take a class that at least kinda related to bizecon, so this was a easy choice… but if we really do need the book and stuff, I’ll probably drop it too. For now, though, my plan is to go to the first seminar and see where things go from there.

No book for ENGR 98, when you signed up for that class, they stressed that you didn’t need a book and work is minimal (though you need to show up to lectures).

bruinfan91 - yeah, I e-mailed them and got a response from Prof. McKeegan (who told me the book I needed and put it on the website). But, I haven’t gotten a reply from Bascara yet.
