<p>I'm up for a presidential scholarship and I went down to usc for the explore program about a week ago. Like everyone else I was interviewed by a faculty/staff/student panel. Anyway, my point is I came home today to find a handwritten thank you postcard from the director that interviewed me..</p>

<p>I got one about a week ago. I think that they send the card to all of the students that they interviewed, but i hope it does mean a scholarship.</p>
<p>i got one, too. i'm almost certain that it doesn't mean scholarship. it's just their way of personalizing the experience and influencing you to choose usc.</p>
<p>everyone from my school that went to explore usc received a handwritten thank you note.</p>
<p>agh, that's anoying. nice of them, but still anoying. i wish they'd just tell us if we got it or not!</p>
