the GPA requirement of Communication for transfering to UC or USC

I’m planning to transfer to UC or USC and my GPA is about 3.7
this major is competitive, so i wonder if i have any chance to transfer with this gpa

A 3.7 makes you a competitive applicant at all the UCs. You also need to take the right courses and write a 'personal statement though so, there’s no guarantee. Be sure to use TAG for one campus - better safe than sorry.
