This may seem like a stupid question, but....

...I had to ask.

Can you apply to a college in your Junior Year, even if you have full plans of finishing out your senior year in high school? Do colleges let you do this?

I don't believe so. Every college application I've ever seen is an application that is for the following fall.

There are early admission programs. See, e.g., http://ericec.org/faq/gt-early.html

But with these programs the students skip their senior year in high school. The link I provided also explains dual enrollment and early entrance programs, where one concurrently works on high school and college degrees. As I said, I don't know of any place where you can apply in your junior year, but just finish out your senior year normally.

can you apply in the Jr year and skip the senior year?
If yes, how?

If you can graduate on time, maybe. But you'll still have to meet all the requirements for the schools you apply to.

Why such a hurry to be the youngest person in your class?

Antarius, the link I provided gives more information. Basically, one has to have met the graduation requirements by the end of junior year.

You dont have a schedule yet either, which most colleges will want to see. Why apply that early anyway? Im sure there is some way to tell them you're interested without having to apply there so early.

check it out.

You would have to meet the high school requirements of the school you're applying to, but I suppose you could apply for the following fall and then defer a year....it seems pointless though.
