Business Law and CIS actually are required 2nd year at Baruch so you’ll be good!
Intro to Business and Discover NY would be easy classes, presumably, so make sure you do everything to secure an A in them. There’s an Intro to Business at Baruch too but I don’t know if it’s the same as yours and if it’ll transfer. The Baruch “intro to business” class is a class that presents all areas of business (management, accounting, law, marketing, etc). It’s considered an easy class.
If you’re in French 2 or 3 this semester, you’ve completed what you need for Baruch, so you’re good there too.
Econ 1 and 2, Calc, History, English all match Baruch requirements. However, you’ll be missing one semester of English. If you can take it at home at a CA CC college, I’d recommend doing that (cheaper and likely to transfer).
It seems that the best course of action for you is to do as well as you can in your current classes and apply with that for a Fall transfer. Try to keep your A’s in everything and bring that grade in French to a B/B+ if you can (ask if seeing French movies in town would bring extra credit? Or writing a report about Friday’s tragedy*?Or just write a short paper based on what you read and bring it to class, even if you don’t get extra credit the instructor will remember and will factor it into your participation grade.)
