To retake or not to retake

Hey, i am an international student from taiwan
my TOEFL scores are around 233-290(expecting 280+)
SAT
Verbal 580 (73 percentile)
Math 800 (99)
SATII
Physics 720 (78 percentile)
MathIIC 760 (70)
Writing 640 (59)

The problem is that i was surprised at my writing score, i thought i screwed up
I was expecting a 500-550 score for writing
For math and physics, I was expecting 800 like i always got on practice tests. On the day of the test, I wasnt feeling good.
My question is, should I retake SATI for a higher verbal, or retake SATII?
If i retake SAT II, should I retake MathIIC AND Physics And writing or just math and physics? (I only have one last chance, jan test date)
I am applying to engineering majors.
Thank you

retake verbal

definetly retake verbal.
But if you choose to retake the SAT IIs, retake (since you're going to apply to engineering), maths IIC and Physics because I dont think schools would worry about your low writing bcos you're engineering. Such as MIT, they just want high maths and physics lol. - unless your TOEFL is waaayy below what you have expected, I suggest you to take writing as well.
But.. overall, to be the safe side, you can take all 3!

But I reccomend you to retake SAT I verbal.
