That's a funny question. I thought you were joking at first.

I don't think your regular diet affects test performance as much as, say, what you had to eat the night before or the morning of the test.

I normally eat both home cooked food and processed crap/fast food, but I got into this weird habit of eating scrambled eggs before SATs/APs. I guess because of the high protein content or something.

Just stay away from sugar, it'll make you crash after an hour or two.

All I ever eat is hamburgers, pizza, chicken, and doritos. Oh, and Lean Pockets... Lean because I'm trying to make sure I eat healthy... I, of course, eat ice cream and cake and cookies, as well...

Eggs make me sick, so I don't eat those... I'm picky.

i honestly don't think it matters unless you have a really sensitive stomach. I didn't eat much at all for breakfast. Sure my stomach started growling a bit nearing the end, but i still pulled over 2300. Just eat a light breakfast and don't worry about it

eat healthy food. My mommy cooks for me everyday because she loves and cares for me :)

On a serious note, eat chocolate (helps so much- gets your blood sugar up so you don't get hungry and doesn't take much space so you don't need to use the bathroom) the morning of the test and bring Gatorade to the test room with you.

2 Egg Sandwiches with lots of oil and grease + bacon / sausages + hot cocoa or hot tea. Of course, this is what you want to eat if you want to score below a 2300, which is relevant in my case.
