okay thanks

Pretty easy… math screwed me over though. I’ve got to work on my Geometry and trig.

math-easy
engriish- easy

reading- D:

Does anybody remember what the question/answer choices were for the beauty and magic one?

That was a very strange question. I left it as is though the other choices made me question since they were all LONG.

I put “realized” on that English question. She realized her dream. “Grabbed” and “Conceptualized the establishment of” are either just bad or unnecessarily wordy, respectively.

I don’t remember the exact question, but it was something about the dad speaking with relatives in a different language.

I think it may have had something to do with the tone. what did you guys put?
I honestly don’t remember what I answered because i was debating between two of them /:

a lot of people said they put the one that said something like he was adept in both but he was adept in english because of practice.

What about the tone of the whole passage? I marked “Detached and reflective”, but then I went back and changed it to “enthusiastic” or something like that because it made more sense to me at the time.

whichever answer had enthusiasm in it i chose. there were exclamation marks everywhere

Yeah, the reason I changed it is because I noticed that the abundance of enthusiasm was giving me what I can only describe as nausea and cynicism.

On the English passage about the Native American women who becomes a nurse or whatever, there was a question:

She ______ her, a teacher.

Which one is incorrect? I put “acquainted”, but I had no idea if it was that or “came to know”

i chose the one with 2 verbs. it was like i met and something else. i figured the 2 verbs were too much

yeah i put acquainted too, but wasnt sure

i put came to know…it really could go either way because an acquaintance is someone you come to know, but aren’t necessarily friends with. lol that question was confusing!

Acquainted was the incorrect one. Think about it - you can’t acquaint anyone, but you can become acquainted with someone. I think acquainted to might also work. But acquaint alone wouldn’t.

PS - anyone wanna tell me how to spell acquaint? I feel like I’m not spelling it right. :/

i think the spelling is “acquaint” anyone know the 7:13 proportion area problem on the math

@tboymaster - was the 7:13 one about finding the area of the rectangle?
If so, I put the highest answer possible, which I think was like 20,000+

acquaint question was tough… i put came to know :/

@Mikeypz - The answer to that one was in the 7000s. You needed to set a proportion to the total perimeter, to one side…I think. I might have got it wrong but I breezed through math this time around.
