TOEFL Score for Johns Hopkins

I just received my TOEFL score, and it was like reading:28, listening:30, writing: 28, speaking: 20 (overall: 106). The problem is that the lowest "preferred" score for speaking is 25 and the overall is 99; however, the speaking score happened to have be lower than expected (In fact, I'm English debater that won several tournaments and I had no idea why I got a 20 : ( ). Would this really do a bad influence on my application process if I'm an international US citizen???

No, don’t sweat it. if you have other proofs of your English proficiency, considering your 108 is excellent, you’ll be fine.

Toefl is just an indicator of: can you speak English well enough to understand college classes?
Can you give us your stats and records?
