I recorded this over the weekend and watched it last night. It was very interesting and showed many of the sites we visited. Wow, very intense, I give those players a lot of credit. Starting camp in 100+ heat is tough. I didn’t realize they all live together in the Bryant dorm?

Is that the ESPNU show that will show again on Wednesday?

*I didn’t realize they all live together in the Bryant dorm? *

Oh yes…except for the married ones and those who’ve graduated.

And…Nick puts them all in “lock-down” for 3 days prior to home games at Capstone Hotel during non-school/non-practice hours. He keeps them on the top floors with security at the entrances of their floors. He controls what they eat and drink during that time. When I was at the Capstone in May, the employees told me this and how it was a stark contrast from the Shula years when Mike let them order room service and eat whatever they wanted.

Nick is probably considering ankle bracelets for non-season time to keep these kids away from anything that hinders their eligibility and/or could cause Bama to get suspended. LOL

Yes, that was it. If it is on again tomorrow, I will record it for S as it cut off the end on my dvr due to an overage. I thought it was especially interesting because it was 2010.
Wow 3 days of lock down, I only thought it was the night before.
I think I need one of those cool tubs. There would be no excuse for not running.
In comparison to those players, my S looks about 12. Of course there is a huge difference between a 16 year old and someone of 19-20, particularly a football player.

My son and his friends took the plunge and went to Bryant for dinner the other night. He found the cuisine better there than in any of the other dining halls and the size of the players mind boggling. All in all a very fun little expedition.
