Hi everyone, please respond! (this site is addicting)

I was wondering what my chances were:

Involved in other humanities clubs (ex. Art club, Volunteer)
Volunteered at Nursing home and women's shelter through-out high school (as well as others, but my brain is currently blocked)
Don't know if this matters but I worked about 50 hours/week every summer to pay for school

Current CC

-There are others, and I know they won't transfer, but I was basically just taking them for the sake of learning. I want to transfer in as a soph or junior

Other:
I'm also participating in a study abroad program through the Institute for European Studies in Germany where I'll be studying all about International Politics. There is a lot of Model EU study in it. This will be for about five months.
Also, I'm planning on interning in Belgium during the summer for a International Relations. Possibly Nato?

Schools I'm applying to:
Wellesley College (interview scheduled)
George Washington U.
Georgetown
Smith
Maybe Barnard
Elon (safety)
Colby
Colgate

Please please please reply and let me know what you think my chances are. This is a pretty stressful process. I appreciate your honesty and any other schools you can recommend. Good luck everyone!!!
