transfer students applying for internships

Ok, I'm in a bit of a pickle.

At the moment, I am trying to apply for an internship with NBC Universal - Focus Features/Rogue Entertainment. However they say I need to be a student of a reputable university. Not to knock my CC, but it's not a reputable university.

Does ANYONE know the latest you can submit an application for the Summer 2008 internship program? I know that by Summer 2008, I will technically be a UCLA or UCB student so I can put that down as my school. I am sure UCLA or UCB will give me credit for being an intern.

Has anyone applied to this before?

(lol, for amusement sake I'll tell you that I'm not telling my parents about this unless I get the internship. They're already bugging me to no end on being an aide for a claims court Judge or being an intern at Brad Sherman's office... no thanks.)

There was a similar one at Paramount last summer and it was open to students in both CC and uni.'s but of course the only kicker was that I couldn't drive yet and that was one of the requirements. You should look for it. Good luck!

Thanks a lot for the reminder about internships xleper!

I've just hit an email to be an intern for Rev3 during the summer--anyone watch Diggnation?

i'm looking for a summer internship. i'm a global studies major. does anyone have any good suggestion?

UC in DC. dont know if you can do it your first quarter though.

alansda - i've heard of Revision3 and diggnation. i'm a fan of digg, yes. :) sounds like an awesome internship!
