Transferring schools.

I have two semesters left to finish a BA at a 4 year college. I desire a BS in Computer Science. I am considering transferring since I am unable to pursue a second Bachelor's.

Would my SAT scores be a factor in being accepted?

Would I be eligible for financial aid if I transferred schools in the Spring or possibly even the Fall 2010 semester? I have already been in college for four years.

I am curious to all who read this as to what your opinion's are. Is this a bad idea?

Very few colleges accept senior transfers.

Why can’t you stay where you are, switch majors and stay a few more terms to complete? It’s hard to get into many colleges for a second bachelors, especially if you need aid. Many state schools won’t consider second bachelor candidates as they can barely accommodate first bachelor candidates. There are also lifetime limits for aid which you would need to check against where you are.

The schools that welcome second bachelor candidates tend to be second or third tier privates where the candidate can pay.
