Transferring to U OF I Urbana Champigan?

So, after high school I REALLY want to go to Urbana Champigan, but my grades right now aren't good enough. I was wondering, If I go to Oakton community college in IL (I live IL), after high school, and just transferred over there sophomore year?

I was looking at there website, and they said this

The following factors are considered in an admission decision:

Course prerequisites for specific program
Transferable cumulative GPA and sometimes a technical GPA
Number of transferable credit hours required for specific program
Additional information supplied in your application essays
High school performance and ACT/SAT scores will be reviewed if you are applying with less than 30 graded transferable college credit hours at the time of review

So, if I get 30 graded transferable college credit hours, they won't look at my high school stuff? I personally don't want them too haha.

Also, I want to major in computer science.

If you attempt to transfer after first year into second, your high school grades and test scores are considered because you apply for transfer during second semester freshman year and decision is made before you complete second semester, with the result that you won’t have completed 30 college credit hours at time you apply and have determination made. If you apply for transfer into junior year, which you do during second semester sophomore year, college grades will control because you will already have had three semesters and greater than 30 hours completed, and test scores and high school record are not used to determine admission except to prove you completed high school and required high school courses for admission.

You should go on UIUC’s site and learn what you need to know to be able to apply for transfer including reviewing applicable portions of the Transfer Handbook.
