transport from madison to ORD

<p>wanted to ask if there is some form of transport from Madison to ORD (Chicago Ohair airport). Maybe a bus?</p>

<p>Yes, the Van Galder bus (Coach) runs 10 times a day from Madison to O’Hare. You can buy tickets at the Union or online.</p>

<p>Yes, it’s a little slow due to several stops. I’d hope they would make a couple runs Express as they often only have a passenger or two at the other stops.</p>

<p>Time vs money- probably takes less of both compared to flying into the Madison airport and getting to campus from there. Think of it as time spent with friends, sleeping or catching up on things…</p>

<p>The bus is very prompt. My kid takes it a lot. It’s never been late and its frequently early.</p>

<p>And if you buy your tickets through the Union travel service, you get a discount.</p>

<p>Checked the link- under discounts the round trip fare from the Union to O’Hare can be $40 using the Union, around 3 hours- from around 2 am to 6 pm departures- sounds very reasonable.</p>
