800 SAT math, 760 - SAT Bio - top 5% of the school of 560
Rejected after being deferred EA good luck to everyone who hasn’t checked yet
Rejected - 36 ACT, rank 2/188, lots of ec’s.
It’s fine though, I’ve gotten into Vandy, WashU, Notre Dame, and NYU…not really sure what happened with Tulane. Congrats to everyone who got accepted!
@P2S20209 no one has gotten in here so far?
Waitlisted SAT 1490, SAT Math 800, Chem 750, top 5% class of 350, performed solo at Carnegie Hall, top All State musician, science DNA research at major university, restaurant job, hospital volunteer, etc. etc. etc. Have outstanding other options (UNC Chapel Hill, Northeastern, and 6 others) and I’m sure all that have been waitlisted/denied have other good options, too, with all your wonderful accomplishments. Good luck to you all and congratulations to those admitted today, if there are any!
waitlisted after being deferred EA. 1560 SAT, 4.0UW / 4.51W. Wrote to admissions after EA deferral with nice essay and updates. Looking like yield protection to me. Oh well!
Waitlisted after being deferred EA, 1520 SAT, 34 ACT, 4.24 W, 4.0 UW, lots of EC’s and great LOR’s. Did not show a lot of interest except doing the interview and emailing once or twice. Was not able to visit. Thankfully we have other options. Good luck to everyone wherever they end up!
Rejected: 3.9/4.7 gpa 33 ACT it’s pretty expected
That’s right - the closest real ice rink is in Lafayette, a 2 hour drive. But there is an artificial rink in New Orleans in a shopping center and there is also seasonal ice somewhere. We did not like the artificial surface; it is relatively small and slow to skate on. Some people do think it works for figure skating practice as it takes more effort.
